How a Call With Us Goes

The person who picks up has spent time on roofs. Expect a few short questions: roughly how old the roof is, what you've noticed and whether it's been patched before. On older houses, the past repairs often tell us more than the leak does. Once we have the basics, we set a day to come out to your home.

At the visit we walk the roof, check flashing, vents and decking where we can reach them, and show you photos of what we found. Before we leave, you'll have the estimate in writing, plus our honest take on whether a fix will hold or the roof is ready to go. We're a licensed general contractor and a Pella Windows Certified Contractor, and our roof work carries a 5-year workmanship warranty. Financing is available. If a storm came through, ask about a free post-storm inspection. We work directly with your insurance adjuster on storm damage claims.

Good to Have Ready Before You Call

1. The rough age of your roof, or the year you bought your home if you're not sure.
2. Any repairs, patches or re-roofs you know about, even old ones from a past owner.
3. Where you see the problem, like a ceiling stain, missing shingles or a sagging gutter.
4. Your insurance claim number, if you've already filed for storm damage.
